Last Saturday, June 3rd, the Hara Sport Center gym in Santa Úrsula hosted the third edition of WingFight Woman, a self-defense program for women, using the martial art of WingFight created by martial arts expert Víctor Gutiérrez.
WingFight Woman: Empowering Women through Víctor Gutiérrez’s Martial Art
The initiative focuses on providing women with the necessary skills for self-defense through lessons from an expert. On this occasion, Víctor Gutiérrez, also known as Sifu, taught classes in his own martial art style, WingFight, based on the renowned Wing Chun, a combat style popularized by Bruce Lee.
WingFight is a martial art that not only teaches self-defense techniques but also instills greater confidence and self-esteem in women. During the session, participants were given a practical WingFight class where they could experience the benefits of this style developed by Gutiérrez.
The Importance of Personal Defense and Personal Growth
According to the trainer, personal defense is crucial for personal well-being and self-esteem. Practicing and mastering these skills allows us to grow as individuals. The WingFight initiative aims to encourage women to fight and, above all, defend themselves from potential dangers.
Encouraging Results and a Call to Action
With each edition, the results of the women’s self-defense initiative continue to improve. The WingFight martial art has proven to be an effective tool in empowering women and equipping them with the necessary skills to protect themselves. It is a call to action for women to feel secure and confident in any situation.
WingFight and the third edition of WingFight Woman at the Hara Sport Center gym have been a resounding success. We will continue to promote the importance of self-defense and personal growth through this exciting martial art.
